Manufacturing of our forging tools
Combining conventional and high-speed machining, our "tools" department produces forged tools via drawings provided by our Engineering Office. This integrated process allows us to have a high degree of flexibility to meet our customers' needs.

Our various installations allow us to obtain the desired mechanical characteristics (all material grades combined) thus guaranteeing the reliability of our productions.

TRIBOFINISHING WORKSHOP
Tribofinishing allows us to deburr and refine the surface of our parts (vibrating bowls with specific abrasives).
CHEMICAL TREATMENT LINE FOR FINISHING

This process is done in interoperation or finishing on our forged parts.
Machining
Thanks to our machining centres we are able to offer finished and assembled products that are mounted directly on aircraft.

Specialized in aeronautics, our forged and machined products must be irreproachable in terms of quality, because to meet the safety of users, mistakes are not allowed.
As soon as the material is received and during production, we ensure traceability for each batch with a tracking sheet, which lists all the stages from the tooling to the final inspection.
In addition to the dimensional inspection of 100% of our machined parts, Non Destructive Testing is carried out on almost all of our forged parts; our COSAC level 2 carries out penetrant inspections in S2 and S3 as well as magnetic particle inspection.
